The Owls started their day with Meeting for Worship in the classroom. During Meeting, we read Have You Filled a Bucket Today? The book talks about what it is to be a bucket filler and bucket dipper. As a classroom community we decided we would be more mindful of these two ideas, and be bucket fillers to one another.
Following the story, each Owl was handed a friends picture. Throughout circle, one by one friends went into the middle with that friend to tell him/her what they appreciate about them.

This week in music we started our Classical Indian Music Residency. AFS parent and visitor to Music Class, Janani worked together with Keisha to introduce classical Indian music instruments and music scale.
