The Owls' morning started off in Spanish Class with Alicia! Alicia taught us a very fun song in Spanish to say hello to each other.
After we greeted one another, she showed us a map that had all of the different places in the world where people speak Spanish. The Owls LOVED seeing all the different places but especially loved to learn where Alicia was born. Ask your Owl if they remember where Alicia is from.
Next, friends passed around the BIG globe ball and said "me llamo" (I am called) and their name. Alicia even taught some friends how to say their name in Spanish. Friends ended Spanish class by learning the Adios! Hasta luego song.
After Spanish class, friends headed back to the classroom for Choice Time. Friends were able to choose between Dramatic Play, Sandbox, Drawing, Books, and Painting.
In the Dramatic Play Area, friends dressed up as Wizards who cooked a delicious meal for Danielle and Samantha to enjoy.
Some friends chose to explore our classroom library.
In the Art Studio friends, joyfully painted their picture frames to fill with their family pictures.
The Owls finished up their morning by going on an adventure to explore our school. The Owls visited a lot of new spaces but were most excited to see our Art Room, Music Room, Science Room and Nurse's office! Friends ended their adventure back in the Owls Room where they gobbled up all their delicious lunches.
