Fun Fun Fun

This morning the Owls had music Keisha. Keisha had many different instruments set up in the Music Room for us to play and explore for when we walked in. Friends took turns playing with all of the instruments, testing out tempo and volume.

After exploring the instruments, the Owls gathered in a circle to discuss the Spring Program, The Story of the Great Wood. Friends took turns sharing what it felt like to be on stage and part of a performance.

Ask your Owl how it felt for them to be on stage and perform.

Following our sharing circle, friends sang and moved to Ponies.

Next, we got to sing and dance to Mother Sarah.

Before Doris read us a few books in Library, we stretched and got our wiggles out!

Doris read us three stories. The first story was about getting ready for a trip to the seashore. The second was a non-fiction (which the Owls really enjoyed) story about Dolphins. The third story was about a little girl and her dog, and their adventures at the beach.

Ask your Owl which story or stories they enjoyed most!

Outside, friends enjoyed the beautiful weather and sunshine. Friends explored in the pond, played football and chase, set up stores, and made all sorts of delicacies.
